About Shar Johnson

I am passionate about what I do, the impact my contribution makes and the people I serve. Having worked in the direct mail industry for over 25 years, I have gained an abundance of knowledge as well as wisdom. Whether it be in the newspaper industry where I cut my teeth doing promotional mailings or managing mail programs for non-profits, I put my heart and soul into servicing each cause. From veterans, to homeless pets, to children, every campaign that I work on is important and gets my full attention. I don't mind working behind the scenes in print production and ensuring that the wheels of the project keep turning; yet, I am also a creative individual who is yearning to break out and share what I've learned over my years of observation while enacting change and breathing new life into the workplace. I enjoy challenging the "control" and the status quo to push people into discovering the best version of themselves. I have a gift for recognizing potential and talent in others, and I believe in encouraging people through mentorship and training to make positive gains in their career. I am result-driven and if there are not opportunities available for me to excel, I create them. I pride myself in being an organized individual who has the ability to prioritize workloads and to meet tight deadlines.
