The central focus in my work is to nurture a capacity to hear and serve what arises in each moment; in relationship to myself, to the people I am with, to the rest of the ecology involved, and then to offer that capacity to my clients. Maintaining a "clean mirror" for clients to see themselves and their situations reflected is a large part of my work. Maintaining an ability to hold an open, grounded and safe space for engaging in deep exploratory and therapeutic work is equally important. I love my work and am in continual amazement and admiration of the growth and heartful thriving I have had the honor to witness and support.
