About Shara Grice

My career path has not been a straight line, but this is part of my strength on a professional and very personal level. I am a service-oriented, self starter, that is as comfortable working independently, as I am being a part of a strong team. Government and other forms of public service is certainly a personal passion, and talent. My ability to communicate, coach, and case manage comes naturally. Yet my analytic nature is also valuable to the right work. I have been told by past employers that I am at my best when I am assessing and addressing priority issues that affect real people. I am comfortable making recommendations at all levels on policy, organizational processes, and am no stranger to identifying priorities and adjusting my schedule accordingly.
