Leaders who do not act dialogically, but insist on imposing their decisions, do not organize the people-they manipulate them."-Paulo Freire I have over a decade of experience in working within Training & Development/Adult Education field, working extensively on designing, developing, and facilitating educational sessions, workshops, and trainings; as well as worked with individuals and organizations to develop personal, professional and leadership skills. I pride myself in the ability to develop positive and effective relationships and trust with staff/employees at all levels of organizational structure. I have a deep passion for developing curriculum and facilitating workshops for both staff and leader development purposes; and to help teams achieve goals. I have traveled across the U.S. conducting trainings and has trained other facilitators. I recognize that the organization is only as strong as the staff and leaders who work within it. In my professional experience, I have also worked closely with leadership in organizations on developing, managing, and implementing program for teams to not only educate members, staff and leaders; but most importantly to build capacity. I am also experienced in aiding with strategic and action planning as well. After obtaining my Master’s of Science degree in Organization Development and Knowledge Management, I have further committed myself to being a change agent for teams who aim to create optimum work environment at all levels of the organization.
