I have been working in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine, now for more than 15 years, with special interest and skills in Interventional Pulmonology. ICU procedures like Central line,Endotracheal Intubations, Tracheostomies, Invasive Monitoring, CO monitoring, Right Heart catheterization, Pleurocentesis, Paracentesis, Tube Thoracostomies etc, I have been doing very routinely. Further, Video-bronchoscopies, Intrabronchial Biopsies, TBLB, BAL, Medical-Thoracoscopies and pleural biopsy, Endobronchial Ultrasound-FNA, Rigid-bronchoscopies, Air-way stenting, foreign-body removal and difficult air-way management had been my speciality and field of expertise. In last decade, was fortunate to see and manage a variety of Pulmonary cases of Asthma, COPD, ILD, Respiratory failures, Obstructive sleep apnoea syndromes, Obesity Hypoventilation Syndromes,Pneumonia, Non-resolving pneumonias, Pleural effusions, Empyema, Lung cancer, Tuberculosis and lot many.
