Experienced Professional in Procurement field handling both Direct & Indirect materials covering from requirement receipt from Stakeholder, Supplier Sourcing, Spec. finalization & Quote receipt, Negotiation & Price Finalization, Delivery Follow-up and Payment Receipt to vendor.Recognized for my remarkable expertise in handling various critical projects, I was given the opportunity to Head/ Supervise many activities and in-turn continue to enrich my Skills and Knowledge throughout my Professional Experience. Experience: The 8+ years of my Professional Life can be split into 3 parts: Part- 1: Handling OPEX/MRO Spares & Services required to support the production. Part- 2: Experience in CAPEX purchase/ Projects and other Supervision activities. Part- 3: Finally experience in handling Direct materials like Paint, Sealers, AC Gas, Fuels, and Vin Label price finalization. In the Indirect Material side I handle the sourcing and procurement of Consumables, Industrial Chemicals, Safety products, Housekeeping items (ARC), Printing Products and the price finalization of MHE (Trucks, Reach Stacker, Aisle Master & Forklifts) equipment. Experience in using MS Office, SAP, Ariba and Vaatz (ERP) modules. Professional Approach: As a 'Continuous Learner,' I am dedicated to staying at the forefront of industry trends through continuous coursework and applying my knowledge to drive professional development. A firm believer in the power of teamwork, my excellent collaborative skills and continuous strive to success have been pivotal in achieving both personal and organizational success. Key Achievements- Successfully completed the Vendor Pool Review process through Auditing major vendors, Addition/ Deletion of Vendors and Coordinating other Buyers and Stakeholders for review- Successful Planning and Organizing of the Inception Technical Exhibition and Supplier Meet inside the Factory- Supported in successful completion of the new Turbo GDI engine machine retooling project during the Covid-19 Pandemic by reverse engineering, procuring all parts from direct makers across the globe & using Indian Vendor Technical Manpower for all Supervision activity. Interests: Beyond the professional realm, I find solace in playing football, unwind with the rhythm of music and Travel through the Action & Romantic Movies.
