Being very passionate about Portraiture and visual story telling, Sharath Mudupu took up Photography and Visual Communication in Graduation. “Photography is such an amazing tool to be able to immediately engage people,” says Thom Pierce. “You can pull them into a story that they wouldn’t necessarily engage with in another way.” Sharth is a Visual Artist with a particular love for black and white imagery and a narrative perspective to a lot of his work, his approach to photography is essentially that of a portrait photographer. Whether they are Documentary, Portraiture, it is always the human element that is the focal point of his work. He draws a lot of inspiration from nature and the works of musicians,artists,cinematographers which in turn, he seeks to reflect in his photo stories.
