Hey, I’m Shardool. I’ve spent 15 years building products and solving problems — 10 of those in product management. I didn’t start in product. I began my career as a core C++ developer writing code for semiconductor equipment, then moved into sales, account management, and pre-sales, managing bids for large global deals. That path gave me a rare advantage — I’ve been in the shoes of engineering, sales, and marketing — so when I work with stakeholders today, I don’t just “speak their language,” I’ve lived it. Over the years, I’ve learned that while frameworks are useful, they rarely fit perfectly out of the box. Every company has its own DNA — culture, constraints, quirks — but the problems are often the same (like… who doesn’t struggle with engineering capacity?). I focus on spotting real constraints, cutting through noise, and shipping solutions that matter. My style is keeping one foot in strategy and the other in execution. I’m ruthless about prioritization — deciding what to ship and what not to. That means removing outdated features, keeping products maintainable, and focusing on what truly moves the needle. 🤝 I focus on empowering my team — I always share the “why” so the team can make similar calls without me. I’m drawn to creative problem-solving and work those ideas in when they make sense for users and the business. I believe that given the right environment, everyone can be creative. 🧪 I also run small experiments — whether it’s a product feature or an internal process — test it for a few weeks, and adjust or scrap it quickly if it doesn’t work. I’ve led strategy and delivery for enterprise SaaS platforms, launched major upgrades, shaped go-to-market plans, improved user experiences, and driven adoption across web, desktop, and mobile. I’m big on prioritization, ROI, stakeholder management, outcome-based roadmaps, product discovery, go-to-market strategy, user research, cross-functional collaboration, analytics, and data-driven decision-making. Outside work, you’ll find me reading non-fiction, experimenting with productivity hacks, or tinkering with side projects (some brilliant, some… “learning experiences”).
