With a passion for tourism and adventure, I am pursuing a master's degree in International Tourism Management and Marketing at the University of Nottingham, where I am learning about the latest trends and practices in the global tourism industry. I have also completed several mountaineering courses and certifications, which have enhanced my physical and mental resilience, as well as my leadership and teamwork skills. Before enrolling in my master's program, I worked as a marketing assistant at Never Ending Yatra, a travel agency that specializes in customized and experiential travel packages. There, I contributed to the development and implementation of various marketing campaigns and strategies, using tools such as SEO, sentiment analysis, and website performance. I also worked as an operations executive at Trailblazers - The Outdoor School, where I managed and executed multiple outdoor education and adventure programs for schools and corporates, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Additionally, I have gained valuable experience in the hospitality and service industry as a barista at Costa Coffee, where I trained new staff, interacted with customers, and coordinated with the team during peak hours.
