About Sharee Bhaduri

I am a lawyer and educator with a passion for social justice. I presently work at a community legal clinic as a Staff Lawyer with a focus on employment/Labour Litigation for those precariously employed. I also assist low income victims in the community with Sexual Harassment in the Workplace issues and provide public legal education workshops and training to employers and their staff. I also serve Migrant Workers in the county with employment law advice and legal outreach. And practice in all areas of clinic law including social assistance appeals and housing (tenant law). I have an understanding in Administrative, Employment, and human rights law. My experience involves case briefing, liaison and coordination and reviewing employment agreements and severance packages etc. I possess strong research, analytical and quantitative skills gained through specialised coursework. Flair for absorbing, understanding and analysing large amounts of information. Strong knowledge of working with information databases, presenting cases clearly and with confidence, can present a point of view convincingly. I gained understanding in researching, analysing and figuring out the feasibility of the client’s queries and formulation of legal opinions and research notes in relation to various laws. Capable of analysing the impact of the legal and regulatory requirements and regularly reviewing and monitoring internal procedures/practices to provide compliance with group/regulatory requirements. Possess proven experience in training and administration; I am an accomplished trainer and a mentor with sound track record of creative scholastic achievements.
