As a Program Manager at Ellucian, I lead the implementation of complex IT projects for higher education institutions in the Middle East region. With over 8 years of experience in project management, I have successfully managed multiple large and complex accounts, ranging from full ERP implementations to CRM suite applications. I am also skilled in managing commercials and forecasting revenue while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. In addition to my current role, I have held senior consultant positions at Deloitte and NTT Data Corporation, where I led PMO teams and managed successful deployments of financial reports and systems for government agencies. I hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt certification, demonstrating my commitment to continuous improvement and best practices in project management.
