About Shareen MacNeil

With 25 yrs of challenging and enjoyable work in public safety and law enforcement behind me, I have been fortunate to develop hands on, specialized, experience in investigations, threat assessments, and the creation and implementation of action plans to address the risk of targeted violence between individuals. I am now co-founder of TMC Inc, a Canadian corporation. Our company specializes in providing investigative, security and safety subcontract services by experienced, independent and licensed professionals. We will always adhere to the highest standards of investigative integrity, confidentiality, ethics, and safety. In addition to my years of police experience, I am also a Certified Fraud Examiner, and I bring to TMC Inc. many years experience working with multi-disciplinary organizations. This has allowed me to to develop skills which foster effective partnerships in a diverse variety of settings. Working with clients who have a broad range of demands and needs, I ensure that all communication is respectful, open, honest and diplomatic. In doing so, I am able to develop strong and positive working relationships with colleagues, teammates, and stakeholders at all levels. My background in law enforcement also afforded me the opportunity to develop communication and work skills that are solid and effective in even the most stressful of environments. I am comfortable working in settings that involve ever changing and shifting priorities. I am able to connect and work effectively with people from extremely diverse backgrounds. Ensuring client safety and satisfaction is always my end goal. I believe that my single greatest skill is a highly developed and authentic interest in the other people’s perspectives, opinions and needs. I look forward to the many challenges and milestones on the road ahead.
