I am a senior operations and program management leader with more than 20 years of experience supporting complex, people centered programs across government, human services, education, and customer facing environments. My work focuses on translating contract requirements into disciplined execution, stabilizing high volume operations, and delivering measurable results in regulated and fast paced settings.Currently, I serve as a Deputy Project Manager with SOSi, supporting a statewide government contract delivering in person, video remote, and over the phone language access services. In this role, I partner closely with the Program Manager to oversee operational performance, quality management, compliance, risk mitigation, and cross functional coordination. I bring a systems focused and data driven approach to ensuring service continuity, contract adherence, and stakeholder confidence.Throughout my career, I have led multidisciplinary teams, overseen large scale operations, and collaborated with internal leadership, external partners, and public sector stakeholders. My background includes shelter operations, emergency response programs, workforce management, and organizational process improvement, allowing me to approach challenges with both operational rigor and practical problem solving.Previously, as Chief Executive Officer of STP Mills and Company Inc, I led nationwide remote operations supporting Fortune 500 clients, with responsibility for workforce strategy, recruiting, performance management, and financial oversight.
