My role is to oversee supply chain optimization and quality management in the Americas region, ensuring customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth. I leverage my background in chemical engineering, business administration, and project management to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions across the value chain, from product commercialization to order fulfillment. Some of my key achievements include improving the global on-time in-full (OTIF) performance, managing the digital transformation of the supply chain, and leading the customer quality improvement and certification processes. I am passionate about creating value for the customers, the company, and the society, by applying best practices, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement.
