His expertise spans sustainability leadership, risk management, corporate governance, and change management, making him a trusted advisor and thought leader in the global banking and finance sector. Holding a PhD in Strategic Management and Sustainable Development, Shargiil’s research explored how AI-driven solutions can accelerate the transition towards a net-zero economy, combining academic rigor with practical leadership to advance sustainability and innovation. He also holds Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School (SIMI-CBS).
