About Shari McKenzie-Ramsay

My lifelong goal is to combine my passions with my professions. One of my passions is teaching people new skills that can contribute to their health and well-being. I enjoy the challenge of figuring out the best method to pass on complex information in a way that anyone can understand. I thrive on developing new programs to help acheive learning objectives. Being part of seeing people "get it" in a program is a personal goal. I have been fortunate to graduate from the UBC Nursing program that further allows me to contribute to the health and well-being of my community. My future goals include combining my skills as an educator, mental health advocacy and acute care to become involved in Emergency Care both in the hospital setting and in the community. I look forward to a dynamic career where I can draw on my unique skill sets.
