In my last job of 20 years I moved up the ranks in the Human Resources department starting as an HR Assistant and ascending to the position of Senior HR Operations Analyst. My duties were vast and broad and the common thread with every role and every promotion was my ability to connect and serve people. After taking some time RE-grouping, RE-evaluating, and RE-focusing, God led me to RE-direct my skills and talents to REAL ESTATE! After coming together to make the decision to assist sellers, buyers, builders and investors, I and my husband invested in ourselves. He, as a General Contractor and I, as a Realtor. I hang my license with the amazing team at EXIT Grassroots Realty and since joining the team I have hit the ground running! My extensive background and experience with crafting and implementing processes and my keen attention to detail has translated into my real estate career and has provided me with valuable skills that I use daily in real estate negotiations, educating sellers and buyers, and effectively creating win-win solution’s for my sellers and buyers.
