I have worked with over 100 organizations to improve their employee benefits package, by adding catastrophic insurance through Aflac. In doing so, I help private corporations, non-profits, small businesses, and labor unions attract and retain quality employees, save tax dollars thru setting up pre-tax payroll deductions, as well as reduce their financial risk when an employee experiences a serious injury and/or illness. Aflac does not compete with any other insurance/benefit and is not secondary health insurance. My main focus, however, will always be the employee. With my own family history of cancer and heart disease, I realize how important it is to have financial support quickly and easily when these events occur.
