About Shari Steele

I chose to return to the work force after many years at home raising my 2 beautiful boys. In my 30 years of working different avenues of sales, such as working with lawyers while living in NYC back in the late 80's to late 90's then moving back to ND in 1995 to find a job at distribution center for food services of America. In late 1995 I met my husband Matt and moved to MN. I found myself being pulled back to the housing market. I worked for Pratt Homes in White Bear Lake. Working not only with the customer service area but helping with detail and presentation of the homes on the market at the time. After 5 years we decided to move forward toward our next stage in life. We left MN to move to the beautiful St Croix Falls, where we built our dream home and our family began! Although I gave up my corporate lifestyle I still wanted to work so from I found myself still dabbling into the Sales jobs. I started up my own small business and and made it an inspiration for all local artist to hang their hats. I called it A Bit of Kountry. After 3 years of running that business I was approached and started up with the well known company "Tastefully Simple". I loved the challenge it brought to both me and my team, as it grew to be one of the largest teams in the company in the Midwest. Teaching me many different skills in the sales field so that I could put clients first, which I pride myself on today. In 2008 the marketing group of St Croix Falls and Taylor's Falls asked me to join them in assisting their group and help grow our small towns. It was refreshing and energetic group and we were strong in getting St Croix on the minds of travelers all over. From that I found myself being called back to the housing market once again, my true passion.Real Estate, so I took the leap and am beyond happy with my career choice. I love what I do & love the clients I now call FRIENDS! Client care is extremely important and my years of experience is my strength in this field.
