I am an alumni of Penn State Brandywine with a B.A. in Corporate Communications. I am actively seeking a career in my field. I became interested in Communications because I enjoy the fast-paced work environment required to get the job done efficiently. I am a self-starter who is passionate about this industry. Dedicated, dependable, and hardworking, I am driven to deliver high-quality work. My greatest strengths are my attention to detail and ability to adapt to changes and new settings.With over seven years of experience in retail, helping others has been my passion since I started working at the TJX Companies (Marshalls) in 2008. As a former Customer Service Consultant at Comcast Cable, I worked full-time helping customers with technical problems, bill discrepancies, and sales inquiries. Currently, as a customer service associate and a transportation security officer, I provide outstanding assistance to a diverse customer base. My responsibilities in this position have enhanced my skills in communicating, working in a fast-paced environment, and time management. I quickly learned to identify appropriate products and promote them as an effective medium to reach the company’s goals. Much of my success is due to my customer orientation and my skills in identifying consumer’s needs. My particular strengths are organization, oral and written communication, accountability, and planning.In summer 2015, I interned at Crozer-Chester Medical Center in the Public Relations and Marketing department. I worked with the Vice President of Public Relations and Marketing, Director of Public Relations and Marketing, Corporate Communications Manager and Digital Marketing Team, assisted with Crozer-Keystone Health System’s publications, media relations, electronic communications, and community outreach programs and events.
