With more than 20 years as a Controller, I am an accomplished and knowledgeable professional in the financial and accounting industry. I manage all financial and accounting functions in identifying improvements to grow a stronger business. Strengths of mine include the ability to see the big picture and forecast long-range needs while adapting to short-range objectives. In my role as Controller, I have successfully implemented current technologies to make financial data more accessible and accurate for all team members including leadership. This includes identifying profitability, risk, and productivity measures. I accomplish my goals by collaborating with all levels of an organization to establish clear objectives and timelines. I value people and can work effectively with various types of people, bringing them together to achieve goals. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I support and manage internal and external customers by responding in a timely fashion, building rapport, and resolving any issues quickly. Through collaboration, I help teams problem solve and identify what is needed to produce various financial documentation, processes, and data. I ensure regulatory compliance issues are followed as well as confidentiality.
