I am a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), and a Member in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). I am also one of the founding partners of Aclara Immigration Services. I have been working in this immigration field for the past few years. As a member of the CICC, I am recognized by the Government of Canada as an authorized representative who can deal with Immigration Refugee Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Canada Border Services Agency(CBSA) on behalf of clients and can represent, advise or consult with clients regarding their Canadian Immigration application. I have worked as an associate lawyer in a reputable fast-paced law firm in Bangladesh for 5 years before moving to Canada. I am an enlisted advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. I have more than 9 years of experience in different arena of the legal field. I have excellent interpersonal and networking skills. I am good at helping people solving their problems by providing sound legal advice. I can converse fluently in 4 languages including English, Bengali, Hindi, and Urdu. I have completed my LL.B Hons’ from the University of London, and LL.M from Cardiff University, UK. I have also graduated with Accredited Immigration Consultant Diploma from Herzing College, Toronto. I have practiced Admiralty Law, Company Law, immigration law, Judicial Review (Writ Petition), Civil Suits, Criminal Law, Arbitration Law, etc.
