About Sharna Evans

I am an advocate for looking at the E2E customer journey and will always ask the "Why" and "Why not's" of current state. I believe in the need to continually challenge the status quo and aim to plant the seed of Process Improvement with those I work along side. Forget how you do things today. Forget all the things you think are reasons it can't happen. In a perfect world what should happen? I have a passion for the use of real data to drive business process and system improvements, identify risks and implementation of training. I am an advocate for ensuring data integrity and encouraging data literacy of the business. While not exciting to some, I believe the benefit for a business is often under utilised. We can be sitting on a mountain of data that could be leveraged, yet we often lack the resources, tools or understanding to do so. As of the start of 2019 I began my study of a Bachelor of Computer Science with a Major in Software Engineering. I am incredibly excited to build on my existing skills and any opportunities to put it into practice.
