About Sharon A. Hatch

My life passions are tackling challenges, being inspired by people who are smarter than me, giving back, and making a difference. I have been so fortunate to have all of these key drivers present in one form or another throughout my career. My mentors have taught me in order to be an effective leader, you must have empathy and perspective. People cannot lead by sitting on an ivory tower ruling their minions. They must lead by example. This was engrained in my mindset from early on and as such, I have become an accomplished leader able to: Drive new business development, spearhead best practices to deliver operational efficiencies, grow revenue and strengthen profitability, develop and nurture forward-thinking teams and elevate overall corporate culture. There is nothing more I love than being inspired and in turn, encouraging the companies and teams I have worked with, to be the best they can be.
