I am a Real Estate Broker-Agent and Master Gardener for the past 30+ Years in Nevada County, CA. Nevada City is a fun little Foothills town rich in 49er Gold Country history. My Husband and I have remodeled the old homestead, developed raw land, built our own mountain cabin, owned rental and investment property, started up a couple of businesses, served on community service groups. I have first-hand experience in creating the marketing plan and seeking out new ways to finding Buyers for my listings of cabins to luxury homes. I have received certifications in Negotiations, Green & Alternative building ideas. I enjoy what I do and love trying to stay on top of the latest tech stuff. Always enjoy getting sharing ideas to better myself and someone else. My area of expertise is in Nevada City, Grass Valley, Peardale/Chicago Park, Cedar Ridge, Alta Sierra, Penn Valley, Lake Wildwood, South County and the Auburn, Meadow Vista, Christian Valley areas.
