About Sharon Baker

Trainee Specialist with 28 years' experience of working within the Toyota Production System, from working on the production line to inspection to audit of the finished product giving a deep and thorough knowledge of the principles of TPS on a practical level. More recently working within QA planning, under the umbrella of Quality Engineering.My skill set is broad and includes project planning, quality event management, engineering support, regulation compliance and COP management, ergonomic risk assessments, delivery and development of fundamental skills training (QA), monitoring and measuring of KPIs, writing and implementing Standardised work. I relish new challenges and am constantly finding new areas to grow.I am a qualified Lead Auditor (ISO9001:2015; ISO14001:2015 and also responsible for the implementation of our internal ISO audit programme. As such I have excellent attention to detail, a strong analytical mind and can work reliably to deadlines.In addition, to support my mental and physical health, I have completed a Level 2 Exercise to Music qualification and run weekly 'RockFit' fitness classes. I am a confident presenter and an encouraging mentor.
