Comprehensive family physician committed to person-centred system transformation with roles in Ontario Health (West Region) and the Cambridge-North Dumfries OHT. Primary care physician lead for the Region of Waterloo COVID-19 Vaccine Distribution Taskforce, the co-lead of the Waterloo Wellington COVID Response Triad for the Ontario Health West Region, and member of the Pediatric Taskforce (COVID) for Ontario Health (West Region). Co-chair of OMA Women and Co-chair of the Quality Working Group as well as member of the Steering Committee and the Joint Board Committee for the Cambridge-North Dumfries Ontario Health Team. Primary care clinical lead for Cambridge-North Dumfries with Ontario Health, the lead physician for the Delta Coronation Family Health Organization, and a member of the Ontario Provincial Primary Care Council. Member of the Refugee Taskforce for the Region of Waterloo’s Immigration Partnership Council and a member of the Steering Committee for the Waterloo-Wellington Older Adult Strategy. Preclerkship Coordinator at the Waterloo Regional Campus, as well as student advisor and clinical preceptor with the Department of Family Medicine, Michael G.
