Working in retail all my working life I have a strong knowledge in this area from shop floor to team and stakeholder management and operations lead, with the addition of 9 years office experience.I currently oversee a team of thirty-five within a retail food quality testing role. Ensuring operations run smoothly daily, staying on top of any changes if necessary, supporting the product coordinator with any decisions needed and adhering to business KPI’s. Also feeding back detailed results to wider teams and stakeholders. I manage & create the ongoing training for the team on various subjects and recruit for the varied roles within the team as and when required. As a manager, I’ve also managed monies, daily coordinating of team and testing & have strong organising/scheduling skills, all customer led.adapting with ease and professionalism to any situation given. My core strengths are people management, organisational skills and relationship building. I am passionate and loyal within my role and have strong values. I’m a confident and conscientious person and can work under pressure and handle challenging situations quickly and efficiently. My experience allows me to make firm decisions when required and follow through with any responsibilities that the role entails.
