Previous employment history as an experienced Senior Registered Nurse with a passion for providing quality care to all patients as well as ensuring quality improvement and compliance in accordance with healthcare regulations. With experience spanning 8 years, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to the healthcare sector in various capacities. Beyond clinical practice, I'm committed to nurturing the next generation of healthcare professionals. I have a proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs for nurses and healthcare staff. My goal is to empower others with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles. I am currently undertaking a Masters of HealthCare Management where I plan to positively impact organisations and clinical staff through respectful and meaningful education, and an open an understanding approach to managing people.
