About Sharon Belden
Sharon has been involved with many facets of real estate for the past 30 years. Early in her career she represented a local new home builder selling more than 500 homes to young military families in the So. Bay area. She helped guide them through their first time buying experience and enjoyed being part of seeing the joy of home ownership. Later she sold over 300 homes near the Vineyard Estate Golf course in Escondido. She went on to be the sales manager of Crystal Bay and Emerald Cove, in La Jolla, selling 150 luxury homes. In her first year at Berkshire Hathaway she was awarded the Presidents Circle. Sharon is now enjoying continuing her Real Estate career with Windermere Homes & Estates.
