About Sharon Bragg

I help people manage transitions well, whether they be professional or personal (often a bit of both). Throughout our life and careers we face many transitions and I believe we can equip ourselves with the knowledge, skills and confidence to navigate these smoothly. Underpinning my work is a belief in human potential – we are capable of so much more than we think. It’s inevitable that we will experience challenges and no doubt some fear and trepidation too. These transitions are always opportunities for learning and growth. The times that we find uncertain and difficult can also foster creativity and discovery. Having someone compassionate and independent to support you can be enormously beneficial - that’s where I come in. With over 3 decades in the workforce, I have held senior organisational development and HR management roles across diverse industry sectors. I have experienced organisational change and restructuring from every angle. I enjoy building capability in individuals and organisations and offer services in: career, executive and team coaching, facilitation and training, as well as designing and delivering professional development programs with a focus on building capability and operating effectively in a hybrid work environment. Accredited in several industry leading, global tools and assessment methodologies, I use these (as appropriate) to build awareness and insights. My aim is to support you to 'shift and thrive' long term.
