I am a Customer Success Management professional who thrives on building positive and productive relationships throughout the entire customer journey. My passion is the customer experience. My career has provided the opportunity to develop Customer Service Departments from the ground-up and enhance those already existing. I have a strong track record of transferable skills which has allowed me to successfully develop and lead Teams across the Real Estate Development, Service industries and Healthcare Industry. Teamwork is essential; everybody wins when we all help one another. While working for a New York Real Estate Developer in the new Home Building Industry, I increased customer satisfaction scores by 20% along with receiving multiple individual Customer Service awards. In addition, I was part of a cross functional Team that earned the National Professional Builder Magazine "Diamond Award" for Customer Satisfaction. With my my most recent position in the Healthcare Industry, I was hired to create and develop the Customer Care department for patients needing a financial program for IVF treatment. Working with a great Team of people, the IVF Programs became one of the most successful in the country. Speaking with patients and guiding them throughout their journey was an honored experience. I was part of a small Team whose efforts provided $32M in enrollment revenue in 2019. My individual efforts and skills contributed 50% of that total. I enjoy building long-term relationships with colleagues and clients and am truly satisfied when I’m able to help resolve issues or offer a solution. I believe it's best to tell your customers exactly what they can expect from you, and then work hard to exceed those expectations through personalized and considerate interactions.
