I am a product and brand leader with over 25 years' experience across the sporting goods, apparel and textile industries working at the intersection of design, product management / marketing and development / sourcing. This cross -functional perspective allows me to connect creative vision with commercial strategy and operational execution- translating ideas into scalable, profitable product businesses. I've led global categories, built product organisations, and partnered closely with design, merchandising, materials and supply chain teams across Europe, the US, and Asia. My career spans both global organizations and smaller manufacturing businesses, giving me a practical understanding of how businesses grow - from concept and storytelling through to sourcing, manufacturing and market delivery. Alongside commercial performance, I care deeply about people, culture and responsible product creation. Building strong teams, developing talent, and improving how products are made - environmentally and operationally - are central to how I lead. Sustainability is a long-standing personal and professional focus. I'm motivated by improving how we create products - from materials and sourcing to manufacturing - in ways that are responsible, practical and commercially realistic.
