Background

About Sharon Daly

I am a reliable, motivated, adaptable and accomplished woman who has devoted my career to the protection and development of children and young adults. More recently I have also supported adults with disabilities, helping them learn basic and advanced IT skills, employability skills and interviewing techniques to help them back into employment. For the past 22 years, I have been working in schools and colleges across Bedfordshire, focusing on Safeguarding, pastoral and behavioural needs of children and young adults. My roles have also given me the ability to offer health and wellbeing advice in further education such as universities, apprenticeships or starting a career.I have a passion for helping people and have a multitude of skills and experiences that allow me to support people of all ages, offering them advice or assisting them in reaching their goals and aspirations.I am a good communicator, who strives for good results and positive change. Working independently or as part of a team, I believe I would be a good candidate for any position that focusses on the development of children and young adults.
