About Sharon Deniz

Strategic Consultant | Learning Experience Designer | Researcher | Graphic Designer I have spent the last decade working across various industries applying my expertise in strategic consulting design thinking and learning experience design to help organizations achieve innovation and growth. As a co-founder of Business Design Lab I collaborated with leadership teams to co-create strategies design engaging learning experiences and conduct research that informed critical business and product decisions. Was the creative writer content and learning designer for the book - "PM vs PM" - A Graphic Novel on Product and Project Management. My 29+ years of business experience has only strengthened my belief that leaders are hungry to move forward in their professional and/or personal arenas and that instead of showing them prescribed leadership behavior; they need to be shown the possibilities/opportunities that exist once they bring their capabilities and passion into a balanced co-existence. My strategy towards building expertise can be described in one line “Simplifying Complex Thought into Action”; wherein self-awareness and self-knowledge are the keys to being successful and the real bottleneck lies in knowing what to change at a personal level and what not to pursue.
