Strong engineering professional with a Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS focused in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians from Michigan Technological University. I face challenges with determination and an optimistic outlook. My goal is to find solutions that help both the customer and the team I work with. Integrity is something I value and feel is crucial when working with coworkers and clients. Learning new programs and processes is something I am proficient at, but willingly ask questions if I am uncertain of the direction to go. I recognize the importance of admitting when I’ve made a mistake and will do what is necessary to repair and remedy the situation. Working independently and looking for ways to improve efficiency is very motivating for me. Working within a team, I regularly ask others if they need assistance or if I can work alongside them to learn new things. I have proven myself to be an asset at every company I have ever worked for and to the customers that I have dealt with. I am always open to answer questions and help out in whatever way I can. I prefer to stay occupied and know that if there is a lull for me, someone else on the team is likely to be overwhelmed and in need of support.
