As a Recruitment and Retention Lead at Cheshire Ireland, I am responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain qualified and diverse staff for the organisation that provides support and services to people with physical and neurological conditions. I have lifelong experience in business and human resource, with a focus on performance management, employee relations, and learning and development. I am a postgraduate student at South East Technological University Waterford, pursuing a degree in digital marketing to enhance my skills and knowledge in this rapidly evolving field. I hold a Postgrad in Digital Marketing, supervisory leadership, business management, and various certifications in health and safety, first aid, and training development. Prior to my current role, I was a Community Employment Supervisor at Ardeen Cheshire Home, where I managed and coordinated the CE scheme, overseeing the recruitment, training, and supervision of participants. I am passionate about empowering people, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture, and creating value for the organization and the community.
