Sharon has been defining innovation in group benefits for 30 years. She truly believes even the toughest obstacles in employee healthcare can be solved by using the right tool - and when the right tool isn’t available, she knows that sometimes you just have to build it. After years of strategic planning with partners and visionary product research and development, she can now build robust custom MEWA plans that empower employers to offer top of the line coverage at yearly average cost savings of 30%. Her mission is simple: to see as many employees as possible have access to the best of what modern healthcare has to offer, and yet save employers unprecedented bottomline resources. Each client has different needs. As Founder and CEO of Integrity Benefit Solutions, Sharon enjoys working with employers to first identify the underlying cause of their group benefits issues, and then generating a corresponding strategic solution: a carefully thought through action plan that maintains maximum flexibility and sustainability even as it grows. When not reinventing the way we think about group benefits, Sharon spends much of her downtime with her husband at their home in northern Kansas City as well as travelling to the lake or across country looking for adventure in their RV.
