I have over ten years of experience in HR, working with various industries such as education, technology, and logistics. I hold the SHRM-SCP certification and an MBA from the University of Houston- Clear Lake. My core competencies include onboarding, project management, conflict resolution, and employee coaching. I am passionate about creating a positive, inclusive work culture fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion. I am also proficient in French and have taught business courses at LeTourneau University.
