Updating management reports containing schedule information, including the latest schedules and progress turnaround by work packages using Primavera P6 & Excel Reports. Site verification to chase progress from Project Engineer, Project Planner or Site Supervisor. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly report of project progress. Update and maintain schedule date to ensure project consistency and optimization.
