About Sharon Franchetti

Delivering impactful B2B events, bespoke activations & strategic partnerships With over two years at Newsquest Events Scotland, I lead the full lifecycle of high-profile events, from concept through to completion. I manage a diverse portfolio including awards ceremonies, large-scale conferences, and bespoke brand activations, all supported by tailored marketing campaigns that drive engagement and results. My role is hands-on and end-to-end: I develop creative concepts, secure sponsorships, coordinate with editorial and production teams, and oversee all aspects of planning and execution. I'm also responsible for managing the sales pipeline, budgets, and key stakeholder relationships of my events. I have successfully transitioned from a background in venue-based events and weddings to delivering major events across a diverse range of audiences and sectors. That adaptability has shaped my approach to creating meaningful experiences that connect people, brands, and ideas. I’m always open to connecting with businesses and organisations interested in: Exploring bespoke event activations Attending or sponsoring one of our upcoming events Collaborating on impactful brand experiences Let’s connect!
