With a master's degree in Food Identity from a consortium of five European universities and a bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, I am a Sensory and Flavor Technology Scientist at Abbott, where I apply my passion and expertise in food science to develop innovative and consumer-oriented solutions for the nutrition industry. I have successfully managed the innovation funnel for Griffith Foods Mexico, delivering novel products on time and within budget, and increasing sales effectiveness with a toolkit for innovations. I have also gained valuable insights into the regulatory landscape, sensory differences, and consumer perception of sweeteners in the European Union market. I possess strong analytical, research, and marketing skills, as well as fluency in Spanish, English, and French.
