Since joining Sainsbury's as a Graduate 21 years ago I have been managing and driving retail teams to deliver outstanding results in a fast paced consumer driven environment. I enjoy maximising the contribution of my team, resolving complex HR issues and delivering service projects on time. I'm flexible, resilient, organised and go the extra mile to make sure that my team consistently deliver the required results. I have an outstanding track record of exceeding expectations across a variety of departments in various stores across the UK. I have recently decided to take voluntary redundancy as an alternative to promotion so that I can take a short break before starting a fresh challenge outside of a retail store environment. I am particularly interested in HR roles as I have been successfully managing customer service teams and resolving people issues daily throughout my career. I am highly committed to the organisations I work for.
