About Sharon Gore

I enjoy working in client services, customer service and sales support. Much of my experience is in managing product flow and acting as a liaison between customers, sales and production services. I also have a high comfort level in technical solution building. In working with Sony, I gained a wide range of experience from validating new business accounts to processing EDI sales orders for DVD and Bluray (products) at the mass distribution level for major retail accounts that included Target and amazon.com (Canada) Many of these orders consistently required much attention to detail as they would be for studio/customer specific promotions for highly anticipated new releases. Within the (target) team we were able to surpass Best Buy to secure being SPE's second largest retail distribution account. I also gained experience working with Allstate Legal as an Account Specialist that led to a Team Lead position. In this role, I worked closely with office managers and marketing assistants to provide custom (printed) legal products. We also provided stock items and documents for forming corporations, LLP's and LLC's. During my tenure with Allstate, I was selected to relocate from NJ to Los Angeles to help start-up a customer care department. In my second year, I was awarded “Rainmaker of the year" for having the most sales growth while maintaining in-house accounts with the least amount of processing errors. In recent years, I have merged into digital customer support. I also have 3 years' experience in providing streaming /app support. My objective is to secure a position with an innovative company that offers continual learning and growth opportunities withing the Puget Sound area.
