About Sharon Greenidge

I am very grateful for an amazing and dynamic career in Risk and Insurance. For 30+ years I have been a student of the business with various roles at Global brokers such as Aon, Marsh, Willis and Gallagher. This allowed for global travel, covering all aspects of the business from Sales, Service, Market Placement, M&A Due Diligence, Operational and Leadership experience (not to mention digesting cultural differences in business and life) When the teacher is ready, the student will show up and I've been blessed to join many students on their journey into this amazing industry. It has given me great satisfaction to expedite the growth of others thru teaching at various educational bodies and to also learn from students in numerous ways (thank you). As a certified coach, yoga instructor, mindfulness practitioner and Reiki Master - I have been able to combine my professional career with my passion for holistic practices and teach Emotional Intelligence at the University of Toronto as part of their Leadership Certificate Program. I will be modifying concepts of these lessons to apply to an aging population and exploring volunteer options at local retirement homes. I continue to be available for confidential coaching sessions. Effective August 19th 2024 I will be starting a new role at FSRA as Senior Manager, Complaints/Risk Assessment Unit.
