Professional Qualifications (Abstinence Educator and Administrative Staff): 1990 - 2009 - involved as classroom instructor at Middle and High School levels and in diverse settings, including international teaching with interpretors. 1994 - participated in writing and development of high school curriculum 1994-present - Trainer for all curricula (mostly training at a host site.) Participants from 10 states in the USA and in Ukraine, Kenya, Burundi and Ghana. Training 1996-2009 - Associate Director with responsibilities for conference exhibits, developing and maintaining contracts for use of programs outside Indianapolis area (up to 50 Associate Organizations in 10 US states and 12 countries outside the USA), development of International Guidelines and Guidelines for Associate Organizations, assist with editing and development of trainer certification program, assist with curriculum updates, occasional grant-writing. 1998 - Developed 8 hour workshop "Counseling for Abstinence"(an in-service help for those who counsel sexually experienced young people) 2003-present – Developed Guidelines and Training Protocol for Associates from outside the US 2006 and 2007 – Grant reviewer for Community Based Abstinence Education awards (CBAE) for US Department of Health & Human Services- Division of Families & Children.
