I have a focus to build the most effective and engaged workforce possible, through creative and innovative recruitment and employee relation initiatives. I have successfully held HR roles within a diverse range of sectors including professional services, hospitality, engineering, care, transport and construction. In these roles I have effectively developed workforce capability, promoted staff engagement, championed best practice people management and driven performance improvement, as well as lead in talent management, talent acquisition and diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives. I am level 7 CIPD qualified, Chartered MCIPD accredited and CMI Strategic Management and Leadership certified with extensive generalist standalone Head of HR experience.
