I leverage my expertise in mortgage lending, residential mortgages, and loans to design and deliver effective and engaging training programs for underwriters, loan officers, and other mortgage professionals. I also partner with senior management and stakeholders to assess the training needs and performance gaps of the organization, and develop strategies and solutions to enhance the skills, knowledge, and competencies of our team.
