Eight years of technical experience (including academics) prepared me to excel working for the government, and I would like the opportunity to bring my experience to your position. I am a versatile worker with four years of computer/hardware and technology experience, as well as the desire to learn something new every day. At my current position I have developed knowledge in a variety of hardware platforms, network operating systems, and email such as GroupWise, Outlook and Remedy Service Management. In our department we follow established procedures to ensure high quality technical and customer service. My professional qualifications has consisted of (5) years in Network/Telecommunications Concepts, Project Planning, Cognizant of Computer/Information Processing, Implementation and Programming Concepts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, acute detail oriented, proficient analytical ability solving problems relating to daily operations. Strong organizational and prioritize skills.
