Sharon Kour is a founding partner of Reconstruct LLP. Her practice focuses on corporate insolvency, restructuring, and high-stakes insolvency and commercial litigation. She is regularly retained by boards of directors, public and private debtor corporations, and court-appointed officers to manage the legal and strategic fallout of financial distress.She leads proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (BIA), with a particular emphasis on complex business organizations, contested matters including stay enforcement, director and officer liability, and court-sanctioned asset realizations.
